Admission Process
Enrollment at windchimes is binding for the entire school year. A child is officially enrolled in the program upon receipt of completed application form a completed enrollment form and enrollment fees. If both parents and school director agree that Windchimes is not appropriate for the enrolled child, child may be withdrawn without any further financial obligation. If Windchimes decides that the program is not appropriate for the enrolled child the family is relieved of any further obligation. If a parent should decide to withdraw their child before the completion of the school year for any reason, 60 days written notice must be given to windchimes. The parents remain financially responsible for the tuition for the remainder of the schools.
Children at Windchimes are admitted if there is an appropriate opening in the program. After the school has received the completed application form and interview with the management, a tour is scheduled. All attempts will be made to meet the needs of each child.

Tour and Observation
Windchimes encourages families to tour and observe our school in action prior to enrollment. Tours are given by the Principal or the Director.
Application
At the conclusion of the tour. Interested families are encourage to complete and submit an enrollment application along with a non-refundable Rs 500/-
When records are received and all requirements are met an interview appointment will be made.
Priority enrollment given to currently enrolled families and siblings. Open enrollment begins mid-September of every year or later if space is available.
Complete enrollment is determined by submission of the complete application, birth certificate, immunization records, Medical History Form along with Parents KYC. Submission of signed enrollment contract and payment of tuition deposit. No student is considered enrolled in the school until all documents and funds are received.
Parent and Student Interview
The interview is an informal way for parents and the school to become familiar with each other and share appropriate information.
Transportation
Windchimes does offer safe transport facility to and from, for any student.
